Waterboy Water Bowl
Every time we break out our Waterboy Water Bowl we get all kinds of looks. So we thought it was time we officially endorse it as our favorite water bowl for traveling. While it is not entirely spill-proof, its design makes it easy to use while driving or for a quick grab when we’re taking the dog with us.
Collapsable Water Bowl
While we love our Waterboy, we also keep this collapsable water bowl for hiking with Everest. We carry her water in her own Nalgene bottle (below) and pour it into this bowl whenever we stop for water.
Nalgene (wide lip)
We dedicate one of our Nalgene water bottles to Everest. While she normally drinks from her Waterboy, the combination of her Nalgene and collapsable water bowl are our go-to for hikes.
Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. So do dog beds. We keep Everest’s bed by the camper door so we can grab it quickly and lay it down for her wherever we stop. Yes, she’s a princess so she sleeps on our bed at night. So this is more of a “nap bed.”
Wobble Wag Giggle Ball
This ball is annoying as all get out but it’s one of Everest’s most favorite toys! She loves to play soccer with it. Plus its indestructible!!
To help with that stinky fish breath!
Flea & Tick Medicine
We don’t endorse any specific flea and tick medicine. But we don’t want you to forget how important it is to keep your pup on it. This is especially true if you are spending any amount of time in places where disease is known to spread by fleas and ticks.
We also don’t represent any specific heartworm medicine. But again we want to make sure you don’t forget to look out for your furry family member. It’s not cheap. But neither is your love for your pup.
NOTE: We bought all of our gear almost exclusively through our Amazon Prime membership. As such we are Amazon affiliates and do receive a small kickback if you purchase any of the products we recommend through our links. Don’t worry, it doesn’t cost you a penny and, indirectly, you help keep us out on the road!
